Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Simran mobile application (the "App"), provided by FocusPledge LLC ("FocusPledge," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company, 20289 Stevens Creek Blvd #1261, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction (or below the age of digital consent where you live), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the App.

2. The Service

Simran provides access to the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, the Daily Hukamnama, and AI-assisted Shabad interpretations and spiritual guidance. AI responses are generated by third-party AI models. Your queries are not used to train AI models; see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

3. Accounts

• You may use parts of the App as a guest; some features require an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in the App's settings. Account deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Premium features. Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Available plans, prices, and any free trial terms are displayed in the App before you purchase.
• Billing. Subscriptions are purchased through and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), or, if offered, through our web checkout provider. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, your subscription begins (and billing starts) when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (or, for web purchases, through the account management link we provide). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a store subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies, and refund requests must be directed to them. To the extent permitted by law, payments are otherwise non-refundable.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes apply no earlier than your next billing period, and we (or the app store) will notify you in advance as required; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
