B. AI Interaction Data

This category is specific to the App’s core function as an AI companion.

• Spiritual Queries & Transcripts: The questions, prompts, and text you input to the AI feature for interpretations, spiritual guidance, or seeking the Hukamnama. This data is processed to generate responses and is retained solely for the purpose of improving the accuracy and spiritual relevance of the AI service.

C. Automatically Collected Data (Usage and Device Data)

When you access and use the App, we automatically collect certain data:

• Usage Data: Details of your interactions within the App, such as the shabads you access, the frequency of Hukamnama readings, features used, and the time and duration of your session.
• Device Information: Technical data about the device you use to access Simran, including your IP address, operating system, app version, language settings, and device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

FocusPledge LLC uses the collected information for the following primary purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: To deliver the core functionalities of Simran, including presenting the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, generating the Daily Hukamnama, and providing Shabad interpretations.
• Personalization and Improvement: To understand how users interact with the spiritual content and AI companion to improve the relevance, accuracy, and functionality of the App. This may include using anonymized AI Interaction Data to train and refine the underlying models.
• Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send you important notices about the App or this policy.
